Yes, Reftab integrates with Jira for Cloud.
When you’re viewing a ticket in Jira, you can attach assets to the ticket and view the asset details from Jira.

End-Users Submitting Tickets From Service Desk
When your end users submit support tickets, you can then select an asset associated with them to tie to the ticket. This list is populated directly from Reftab.

Within Reftab
Likewise, from Reftab, if you’re viewing an asset that is linked to a Jira ticket, you can view the name and status of the ticket from within Reftab.
