Reserving through the mobile app is a simple and efficient process designed to help users find and secure the items they need. This guide walks you through each step, from locating assets to finalizing your reservation, ensuring a seamless experience every time.

Locating Assets
Launch the app and navigate to Find Items. From there, select Assets or another category as needed. For a more streamlined search, consider starting with Categories and narrowing down your options from there.
Reserving the asset
Scroll through the list to find the item you need, then tap on it. Once the item is selected, tap the Reserve button.
Finalizing the reservation
Choose the time frame for picking up and returning the asset. Users with the appropriate RBAC role can toggle for an indefinite loan or override loan rules if enabled. Fill out any additional required information for the reservation, then tap Reserve to submit your request.
