How can I trial Reftab for free?

To start using Reftab for free, complete a short form on the Sign Up page.

After registering and confirming your email address, a brief tour will show you around the platform and introduce you to helpful tips. Below is a list of all that can be done with a free account.

• Create up to 50 assets
• Create unlimited number of categories and fields
• Design and print barcodes and qr-codes
• Free use of the mobile app (iOS & Android) to scan barcodes/qr-codes
• Check assets in / out to users
• Reserve assets for users
• Add an unlimited number of loanees
• Create an unlimited number of asset locations
• Track unlimited amount of licenses
• Track unlimited amount of accessories

Paid plans allow you to to add more assets and use features such as integrations with Jira, Intune, Jamf, Zendesk, etc.

There is no credit card required. The screen will simply refresh and you will gain access to all the features offered on the Business plan. If you choose not to subscribe to a paid plan after the Business plan trial expires, nothing is deleted. You simply drop back down to the free plan, you can only access the first 50 of your assets and your limited to the free plan features.
